Right to Delete. You have the right to request that we delete your personal information, subject to certain exceptions. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request, we will delete (and direct our service providers to delete) your personal

information from our records, unless an exception applies.

Right to Correct. You have the right to request the correction of any personal information we maintain about you.

Right to Opt-Out. You have the right to opt out of the sale and sharing of your personal information. Because we do not sell any personal information, the right to opt out of the sale of personal information does not apply. We share your personal information as reasonably necessary to provide you with the services you have requested. If you would like to opt out of the sharing of your information, please contact us.

Right to Limit Use or Disclosure of SPI. We typically do not collect SPI from consumers but may collect it for employment-related purposes and from dealers. If your SPI is collected, we use SPI only as reasonably necessary and proportionate for our business purpose. Since our use of SPI is reasonably necessary and proportionate for our business purposes, the right to limit the use or disclosure of SPI is not applicable.

Right to Non-Discrimination. We will not discriminate against you if you choose to exercise any of your privacy rights. This means we will not treat you differently for exercising any of the rights described above.
